Events take place rain or shine. All tickets are for general admission with lawn seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. Tents, umbrellas, and outside food and beverages are prohibited at all ticketed events. Visit www.Venue1012.com for parking information and information on how to "Plan Your Visit."

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable; although ticket insurance is available through our ticketing partner.  Please read the terms carefully and thoroughly.

Cancellation Policy

Should the Village cancel an event due to reasons beyond its control, every effort will be made to reschedule the event. Those who are unable to attend will receive a full refund for the cancelled event through the point of purchase. Guests who purchased a bundled ticket will receive 1/4 of the refund amount.

Item Transfer Policy

Tickets are transferable. However, once the ticket presented at the gate is scanned, it becomes "redeemed" and no outside entry is allowed by any other guest.

Age Restriction

All ages are welcome!

Miscellaneous Policies
  • Prohibited Substances:  Illegal drugs, including controlled substances, and cannabis, are prohibited at Venue 1012.
  • Smoking:  Cigarette smoking, only, is allowed only in a designated smoking area inside the venue.
  • Consumption of Alcohol:  Guests are required by law to be age 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.  Proof of age 21+ is required through the presentation of a valid state issued photo ID to receive a wristband.  A Village-issued wristband must be worn at all times while consuming beer or wine.
  • Safety:  The possession of weapons of any kind, including but not limited to, guns, air rifles, paintball guns, bows and arrows, cross bows, swords, and pellet guns is strictly prohibited.
  • Animals:  All animals, with the exception of ADA compliant service dogs, are prohibited without advance written consent of the Village Administrator. 
  • Fireworks:  No sparklers or fireworks of any kind, for the safety of all patrons.
  • Child Supervision:  Children age 14 and under are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times.  The Village of Oswego shall take no responsibility for the supervision of unattended children.
  • VENUE 1012 IS A CASHLESS VENUE.  ONLY CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED; NO CASH.
